Fibromyalgia – Chronic Pain Relief
This session uses Sub-Delta (0 - 1 hz) frequencies, which seem to have soothing effects on the limbic system - the amygdala and hypothalamus in particular, which themselves operate at delta frequencies. It is theorized that this is the reason delta frequencies are so helpful with conditions such as fibromyalgia and chronic pain, as well hypertension.
Recordings used with this session will fade in at 5 minutes and fade out at 20 minutes. Note that this does not apply to scripts, which will start immediately.
To use this session, find a quiet place, free of distraction. Make sure you are comfortable, in a chair or lying down. After starting the session, close your eyes and try to relax
Headphones are required for this session.
It is important that you adjust all settings (such as volume) until you are 100% comfortable with the session before starting.
You may want to drink a glass of water before each session,. Entrainment increases blood flow and metabolism, which can make you thirsty mid-session.
